When I did my 75 Day Challenge, I realized that I could use a different kind of push. Here’s what my commitment looked like:
1 Gallon of Water Daily
Water ONLY (No Juice)
75 Minutes of Indoor Exercise
75 Minutes of Outdoor Exercise
Read 15 Pages of a NonFiction Book Daily
1850-1990 Daily Calorie Intake
Journal a Page Daily
No Snacking
Submit for Performance Jobs Weekly
Spend No More Than 100 A Month
8 Hours of Rest Daily
Tan 3 Times Every 2 Weeks (Mindfulness Time)
Home Before 2
Wake Up and Jog/Run 4 Miles Daily
No Electronics in Bed
No Phone for the 1st and Last Hour of My Day
No Alcohol
No Cheat/Skip Days
Take a Picture Daily

…Yeah. It’s a lot…
But my life allowed for it at the time, and I truly GLOWED by the time i was through. I’m so excited to go it again Summer 2025!
